May I request a male or female therapist?
Our goal is to provide you with the perfect environment for relaxation and wellness. Please express any preferences you may have when making your reservation. We will do everything possible to satisfy your requirements.
How do I reserve a spa or salon appointment?
To reserve your service times, please contact our administrators or use the contact form located on our website. Our reservation desk is open 7 days a week to assist you.
What is the Sparida Spa Salon cancellation policy?
To ensure a higher availability of services for you, we require a cancellation notice of 24 hours in advance of your reservation time. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice, 25% of all reserved services will be charged to your credit card on file. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your reserved time, a 50% charge may be applied.
Should I bring slippers or towels to the Spa?
We provide everything - robes, slippers, towels, hair and body products as well as styling aids and hair dryers so you don’t need to bring them with you.
When should I arrive for my services?
For salon appointments we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your reserved time. For spa appointments it is better to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved time.
